We've been with Admire for 6 months, trying to find care for my father, but they never really found anyone regular consistently - had different caregivers more often than not, which led to more undue stress.  The office staff is fairly nice, but most of the caregivers they hire are very poor.  Most of the caregivers care about themselves more than the patients, and most of the time they sit on their behinds on their phones.  I understand using phones when their work is done, or for a quick break, but there's a huge checklist with tasks that they 're supposed to be doing, and barely anyone even bothered.  I've had caregivers fall asleep on duty, one said she was sick which caused me to rush home only to find out she was miraculously better and wanted to finish her shift, another complained about the fact that we had cat litter, and a few others who argued with me and tried to make me out to be a liar.  There was also another who couldn't finish bathing my father because she was "too tired and had to sit down," after being on her feet for less than 5 minutes.  The owner even called me to tell me to move my cat litter - not ask, but tell, which is very unprofessional.  We just felt like we were being put on the back burner for too long (apparently we live in a "tough section to cover") so I finally gave up and moved on to another agency, which amazingly found a regular person to cover what we need almost immediately.  It's just sad because my dad is the one who was suffering through all of this, as a lot of the time he would have flashbacks and bad thoughts about the way he was treated by "caregivers."
